There is a smart tv located in the living room (no cable) The master bedroom has a cozy king bed for 2 with plenty of natural light. This charming two story home with open living space and kitchen will give you the ultimate home away from home experience. Our centrally located end unit townhome is in the popular Brier Creek Country Club community complete with a golf course. Our community offers access to a pool during the spring and summer months. We love to interact with our guests and want to provide them with 5 star review worthy experiences while staying at our charming townhome. If you are relocating to the area, as a real estate agent team we would be more than happy to show you around town. Beautiful Home Near Duke, UNC,RTP

My two-story house located in Hope Valley Farms, (i.e. 15 minutes from Duke, 20 minutes to UNC, and 15 minutes to Research Triangle Park), is in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is very close to shopping centers and restaurants. The house is 2,000 sq. ft. with large windows and it gets a lot of sun. There are ceiling fans in each bedroom, a private phone line, Cable TV, and high speed DSL connection. Master bedroom has a Queen-size bed with garden tub and separate shower; medium bedroom also has a Queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has a twin bed. There is fine art in every room of the house, and interesting artifacts from places I visited around the world. My beautifully furnished (colorful) house has a rocking chair porch in front and backyard deck with treed yard. The large kitchen has been recently renovated with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. There is a laundry room and a small study on the first floor, along with a formal living room and family room with flat screen TV. I look forward to hosting and meeting lots of new people!
