Beautiful S. University Apartment

Stay in this beautiful South University apartment. The location is fabulous- charming neighborhood with street parking. Only five blocks from the University of Oregon, we’re located on the bike path. Close to restaurants, shops, and downtown. Very clean and light, this apartment includes a master bedroom with a new queen bed and bedding, full bath with Jacuzzi tub, large living room with flat screen TV, DVD, cable and high speed Wi-Fi. Large kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook meals at home – full stove/oven, refrigerator, new dishes and cutlery, coffee maker, toaster oven, dishwasher and dining room. The apartment has a private outside stairway entrance and its own small deck and adirondack chairs. Bright and airy with high ceilings, the apartment has a loft overlooking the living room that has additional double futon bed for additional guests. Includes stacked washer/dryer. Children welcome. So many great restaurants within walking distance! The apartment is one block away from Sundance natural food market, Humble Bagel, Humble Beagle Pub, Allan Bros. Coffee, an Indian restaurant and burrito shop. Also within walking distance of 19th St. McMenamin’s Pub, Prince Puckler’s ice cream, Eugene City Bakery, Bepe & Gianni’s Italian Restaurant, Agate Alley and Studio One Café. Amazon running/biking trails and public pool are all just blocks away. Bicycle rental nearby. The apartment is above a large Craftsman style house- which is where we, your hosts, live. We are available at all times, but respect your privacy. The apartment is a self-check-in, allowing you to arrive at any time. PAYMENT by airbnb website service prior to arrival. CLEANING FEE - $40 cash pays for cleaning of loft prior to your arrival. PARKING – street parking available. Just let us know ahead of time and we will have parking pass ready free of charge. The calendar is up to date. If it shows availability on the dates you are looking for, then the place is available and you can book it! The Park House is a family friendly home located in a small town. It's a great place to work from home & for an extended stay! Close to hiking, bike trails, wineries, rivers, & other outdoor activities. A renovated 1940's cottage w/ 3 bds across the street from a lovely park. Your beautiful lodge is located in the SE Eugene hills, just minutes from fantastic shopping, dining, nightlife and recreation. At the bottom of the hill are connections to the extensive and high quality hiking and biking trails, including routes to the river, forested hills, Spencer Butte, Etc. One bus (#28) will get you to the University of Oregon, downtown and back. Our property is adjacent to a wetlands area and is in turn quiet and deer and wild turkeys roam the 'hood. Welcome!

Entire house, cottage and private fenced yard. 2 bedroom, large sleeping loft, and separate cottage. Quiet neighborhood. Covered deck and outside seating and barbecue. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and bus, close to U of O. All amenities and washer /dryer. Stores and restaurants easy walking distance. Close to UofO. Parking in attached garage, driveway and on street. Over sized vehicles must park on street. Shared driveway so must be quiet after 10:00pm.

Lake Dr. Cottage with Lovely Garden and Parking

Our cottage was remodeled in 2016 and has beautiful views of the garden and sometimes you can see our tortoise grazing around. It is a short drive to restaurants and dining, public transport, family-friendly activities and nightlife. You’ll love our place because of the coziness and the views of the garden. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers (we are 10 mins away from the airport!)

Quiet City View

Welcome to our cozy little home on the hill. We call our place the "Lyon's Den", as you'll see a few big cats in the decor, but also an open kitchen and a nice deck for relaxing. There's a grassy yard for your private picnics and a bbq on the porch. This is one side of a duplex, with a shared wall, so a few guests have heard the neighbors next door. Just something to note if you are sensitive to noise.
