Country cozy cottage with private outside area

You will love our art studio, it's a little off the beaten path but super quite, safe and you can see deer grazing in the pasture. The studio offers self check-in/out has it's own little yard. The studio is great for short or longterm stays, business travelers, families, and furry friends (dogs). 1000 sq. feet with natural light and high ceilings with two private rooms. Master bed has Bamboo sheets from Cozy Earth. We live in the house and are generally available to help with anything.

3 miles from Wine Country (10 wineries within 20 mins) and 10 mins from downtown Eugene and the airport. Our lovely Bunkhouse was built for a quiet, peaceful retreat. Country guest house located on twenty fenced acres. We have a Eugene address but are closer to Veneta. Two bedrooms, one with king bed, one with bunk beds, plus a queen hide-a-bed in the living room. A Pack & Play is available if needed. The property has a gated entry and one parking space. Neighboring properties include a 40-acre vineyard and 20-acre residences.

This is a small, clean, pretty and private space. It has one new and very comfortable full sized bed and a twin sized Murphy bed.. It has a bathroom and kitchen. The cottage is three blocks from the U of O. Come for games, lectures or music. No need to have a car. Everything is walkable, bike-able with nearby rentals and good public transportation.
