While not quite up to "real" B&B standards, our 1820's farmhouse is getting there! This is a bright, medium sized bedroom with shared bath across the hall. You can use our high-speed Wifi, porch, and kitchen table. We offer a light breakfast before you set out for the waterfalls, lakes, a wine, cider, or cheese tour. Ithaca and Watkins Glen are 25-30 minutes away; Corning, Geneva, Seneca Falls less than an hour. (N.B. IF THERE IS SNOW, YOU WILL NEED AN SUV OR TRUCK TO NAVIGATE THE DRIVEWAY.)

93 year old brick house near downtown Seneca Falls with one private bedroom and bath that accommodates 2 people. The off street parking area is great for oversized vehicles, campers and trailers. The bedroom has a Full sized bed with a small table and two chairs. The bathroom is down the hall (about five steps- it is not en suite). Breakfast includes granola, yogurt, fresh seasonal fruit, and toast along with coffee and juice. The downtown area is ten minutes away by foot.
