Located in a small, friendly community just 7 mi from Cornell & downtown Ithaca, The Nest is a 1,200 sq-foot, 1-bedroom, apartment ideal for 2 or 3, but can accommodate more upon request. No pets. Bright and comfortable, with large well-appointed kitchen, high-end appliances, bath w/ huge shower, 50" TV, cable internet, large back yard, and onsite parking. Hayts Chapel, on a beautiful and private half acre has a large open space with hardwood floors, high ceilings, partitioned bedroom, full bathroom, and kitchen. Large old windows with wavy glass let in tons of light, but insulated attic keeps it cool. Outdoors has an eating area, stone fire pit, and plenty of parking. Close to downtown, gorges, wineries and u-pick farms, this quiet setting with relaxing ambiance is a wonderful space for a home-base while visiting Ithaca and the Fingerlakes!

My place is close to the airport, multiple colleges, family-friendly activities, public transport. You’ll love my place because of the quiet privacy, the people, the neighborhood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and small families. There is a very good chance you will encounter two very friendly dogs in our yard. They do not go into your space. Patrick is a feisty 15 lb pup and JR. is our doodle puppy. Many great restaurants in the area.

Tiny, romantic, timber frame

Unplugged (no WiFi) and peaceful. We provide breakfast foods. Unfortunately we cannot provide fresh breakfasts at this time, to keep our prices the same, with inflation. We hope to again in the future, if the current costs go down. A family built, tiny, timber frame. We are in a farming community, and several Amish farms dot our road. Please drive slow for children and animals. Please book both weekend nights during weekend stays, May-Oct. Thank you!

This apartment is located in the basement of a family home. It is a self-contained private unit with a separate entrance, full kitchen, bathroom with shower and washer/dryer and a living space. The property is fenced and has a pool for use in the summer and a pond with fish to feed. Friendly dogs are welcome (the owners have a friendly beagle-basset who loves to meet other dogs). Please note that we have ducks who free range in the yard.
