Your private space & bath are just inside the front door & you are literally 6 level steps from your car. The space includes a kitchen, sitting area & bedroom area with plenty of natural light. My shady front yard has a bench & swing & there is a beautiful park at the end of the street. Plenty of shopping & restaurants within a 3 mile radius.

The apartment is located in a house surrounded with outdoor plants and flowers. The larger bedroom has a king-size memory foam bed and the smaller bedroom has a single-size trundle bed, which means a lower drawer pulls out with a second single-size bed. An office with a large work area is available as well as a small desk area in the kitchen.

The Tree View Apartment is the entire 3rd floor of my home where I live with cohost Nicholas and our four cats. The private apartment sleeps 2 and has great views of the garden.
