Welcome to Morsarvet, a cozy cottage in the village of Austria, 15 min by car in from central Järvsö. Hall with direct exit to terrace. The cottage has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two bunk beds. Open plan between the living room and kitchen. The living room has a wonderful view towards Kalvsjön, here you will also find a large warming fireplace. Dining area for 6 people with exit to porch. Kitchen with fridge, wood stove, stove top and fan. Shower room with sink and toilet. Freezer is available.

Lake side log house - comfort surrounded by nature

Our log house is situated right on a lake shore near the village of Ytterån. From here it is 35 km to the pretty centre of Östersund and 65 km to the fjäll and the skiing destination Åre. The cabin lies at the edge of a little farm where we live with our kids, three sled dogs, two cats and chickens. Your accommodation is a very warm, bright and inviting modern log house. The 85m2 offer large panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

Right next to the northern ski area of Järvsöbacken, 50 meters to the newly opened 6- chip lift (walk-out / ski-in), 50m to the lakefront beach and dock (across the road) with a private rowing boat, and with the northern MTB-trails literally around the corner, lies this charming log cabin with space for up to 12 people. This wonderful guesthouse is located in perhaps the most beautiful spot in Sweden. Located directly on a lake and on the other side the beautiful forest. The house is on an island, but is accessible via a fixed road. The airport and the cozy city center of Östersund are only a 20-minute drive away. The lovely ski resort of Bydalen and Åre can be reached in less than 1 to 1,5 hour. Moose Garden is located within 5 km. In short, a dream place!
