In this fantastic little mountain village of Ottsjö, our newly built house is located in a high location overlooking the mountain world in Åre. The house is 76 sqm large with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house you will feel like you're outdoors even when you're sitting inside by the fireplace with a cup of tea. Right behind the house there are several prepared cross-country tracks, scooter tracks, hiking trails and proximity to nice fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

Here you will find a charming cottage in a quiet and natural environment. Sauna and barbecue area on the patio with majestic views. Ynka 50 meters down to the water. There is also a wide range of activities in the area. The cottage has lake view, fishing, forest, mountain hiking and swimming opportunities around the corner. The cottage is cozy decorated with all the amenities you might need. There is a fire pit that makes the cabin even more cozy if possible. Wifi is available. If you want to take a bus, you get down to the stop at E14. You can bring skis or board the bus. In addition to skiing and cycling, you can hike, fish, go dog sledding, rent a snowmobile and a variety of other activities. Cottage beautifully situated on the former farm. Beautiful and quiet location about 4 mil southwest of Östersund. Here is close to the mountain world, forest areas and the Great Sea. The farm is 600 meters from the village center with Ica shop, pastry shop, pizzeria, petrol station, health center and more. The house is next to the house we live in and is surrounded by a large lawn on a growing yard plot where you have access to your own patio.
