Here is an older cottage with a lot of charm to rest in. Breakfast included! The kitchen in the cottage is simple with wood stove, electric mini oven and microwave. Possibility to use fully equipped kitchen in the residence where also toilet, shower and washing machine are available. The wood-fired sauna heats well and there is also a hot tub and battery powered shower. On the porch, the water is heard from the creek and a stone staircase leads you down to a lovely place for coffee break. Borrow the kayak and paddle up from the pond.

Magical view, sauna, fireplace and close to the ski slopes

Welcome to our newly built guesthouse with sauna, fireplace and wonderful views of the lake and Järvsö ski slopes. Swimming jetty just below the house with free access to a rowboat. Bicycle and hiking trails around the corner. In the winter when the ice is located, you go to the ski slope in 10 minutes or take the car on 3 (free access to electric car charging) The house has 3 bedrooms (6 beds) kitchen, 1 bathroom and is our little paradise! Outdoor furniture, outdoor shower and rowing boat are available May-Sept.

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful little cottage. Here you live right next to the lake below our farm with the cows grazing outside the knot. Access to both sauna and barbecue area, and canoe for those who want to take a paddle trip out on the lake. Note: No running water in the cabin, thus no bathroom. Water can be found in cans in cabin. Lake side log house - comfort surrounded by nature

Our log house is situated right on a lake shore near the village of Ytterån. From here it is 35 km to the pretty centre of Östersund and 65 km to the fjäll and the skiing destination Åre. The cabin lies at the edge of a little farm where we live with our kids, three sled dogs, two cats and chickens. Your accommodation is a very warm, bright and inviting modern log house. The 85m2 offer large panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

Relax with family in this charming cottage, situated in a quiet and secluded area with stunning views and private grounds. Only 100 meters from the lake with jetty and barbecue area, it is an ideal place to relax. There is a small boat with engine and oars available on request . Also two kayaks if required .
