Studio Apartment in Friendly Marina

I have sold this place and Shon is now the property manager. A little off the beaten path. About 4.5 miles to downtown. A $20 Uber ride. Very quiet, nicely furnished studio. Very friendly marina community. The desk is no longer there. Just a small one against the wall. Provides more space now. Added a small living room space and got a smaller table.
