Great location, just half a block off Duval Street, walking distance to restaurants, the Atlantic beaches and the Southernmost Point. Casually decorated in soft pine and white, wicker furnishings and sofa sleeper in living room, this four bedroom, three and a half bath home provides a comfortable vacation hideaway. All bedrooms and two baths are located on the second floor. The dining area and kitchen are downstairs and french doors open to a deck with an ample pool. This home is an excellent choice for family reunions and larger groups. Bedding: 1 king, 1 queen, 1 double, 2 twins, 1 sleeping sofa Pet Friendly: Size and breed restrictions apply PARKING is in the driveway or on Louisa Street. The entire block of Louisa Street is free/ un-metered and not reserved for full-time residents. Please be sure not to block any driveways.

This home has been recently remodeled, includes new furnishings, coastal décor, bedding, appliances and cookware. Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, flat screen TV, King bed, ceiling fan, and hairdryer. The second bedroom offers a bunk bed w/full size on the bottom and twin on top, flat screen TV is adjacent to a full bath with a hairdryer and a sofa bed.

There are excellent restaurants within walking distance, and Duval Street is only two blocks from the property - close enough, yet far enough away! Ft. Zachary Taylor, located only two blocks to the west of the property, is a National Historic Park and boasts the nicest beach with the best sunsets on the island.
