Lake House on Quiet Cove

Charming cabin on Lake Martin – Great lake views with windows everywhere. Light an airy. This waterfront property comes with a large deck, private dock and floating dock steps from the house. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths / a very open kitchen and living area. Master Bedroom with doors to the deck. Outdoor furniture and lounge chairs. Screened in porch with table and chairs. The deck is new February 2023. We have renovated the half bath and new sewage system. New boat house and pier 11/2023

Little Lake Getaway *pet friendly*

Relax with the whole family at this affordable peaceful lake getaway! Our home is a 7 minute walk to the community boat docks. There are 3 with “KBE Private Property” signs & a small beach area. We are 45min from Auburn University & about a 10 min boat or car ride to the Social & Chuck’s Pizza which have delicious food and live music. ***guests must click “1 pet” On the reservation if bringing any. This is a nonnegotiable. Water access only. We are Not on waterfront or have a view of it directly

Everything from the appliances to the light switches are new in this home, top to bottom, ceiling to floor.

Nearby attractions include hiking at Smith Mountain located 1/2 a mile away, and Dare Power Park which is located a mile away, & public boat ramp. Smith Mountain offers a 270 degree breathtaking view of Lake Martin. Dare Power Park includes a boat ramp, playground, walking trails, picnic areas, and a beach area.

Cozy cottage with public boat dock & ramps nearby (boat & kayak rentals as well). Main bedroom has a queen & attached full bathroom. Bunk room sleeps 4 w/ connecting bathroom to main area. Back deck has small table & seating w/ a 6 seater hot tub! Minutes from the famous Kowaliga restaurant & Russell Crossroads (market, diner, horseback riding, etc) yet still secluded! Dogs welcome for a $75 pet fee per stay! Cats are NOT allowed due to allergy issues. $500 fine for parties or smoking.

Main bedroom has a queen bed with full bathroom & tile shower. 2nd bedroom has a triple bunk & twin over full bunk beds that can sleep 2 adults OR up to 4 children. Full kitchen plus washer & dryer! The family room opens into the kitchen and has a double sleeper sofa & 2 recliners. It’s close to the community area with boat slips and swim area. The porch has a table & chairs for eating, TV and great view of lake. Auburn is just 45 minutes away.

This home is like being at a "little resort"! It includes the main house with 3BR/2BA, a Guest House with bed, bath, kitchen and laundry. The outdoor areas offer multiple areas to cook out, hang out, watch multiple football games and swim in the pool or lake and a half bath accessible from poolside.
