Little Lake Getaway *pet friendly*

Relax with the whole family at this affordable peaceful lake getaway! Our home is a 7 minute walk to the community boat docks. There are 3 with “KBE Private Property” signs & a small beach area. We are 45min from Auburn University & about a 10 min boat or car ride to the Social & Chuck’s Pizza which have delicious food and live music. ***guests must click “1 pet” On the reservation if bringing any. This is a nonnegotiable. Water access only. We are Not on waterfront or have a view of it directly

A 170’ steel and concrete pedestrian bridge takes you from the main property to the private island. The island features its own pier, floating dock, stairs for water access, boathouse with refrigerator. The entire property was completely renovated in Spring of 2023. Everything from the appliances to the light switches are new in this home, top to bottom, ceiling to floor.

Cozy cottage with public boat dock & ramps nearby (boat & kayak rentals as well). Main bedroom has a queen & attached full bathroom. Bunk room sleeps 4 w/ connecting bathroom to main area. Back deck has small table & seating w/ a 6 seater hot tub! Minutes from the famous Kowaliga restaurant & Russell Crossroads (market, diner, horseback riding, etc) yet still secluded! Dogs welcome for a $75 pet fee per stay! Cats are NOT allowed due to allergy issues. $500 fine for parties or smoking.

This rustic country cottage is an affordable place to stay & a unique experience with the original character. It's a double-dog trot home built over 100 years ago & was originally part of a 600-acre farm. The entrance for the living/dining room, & kitchen is located on the back of the home. The shared entrance for the 2 separate bedrooms (1 King/2 Twin) & a bathroom is located at the front of the home. The 3rd bedroom (1 Queen) with its own full bath & private entrance is across the hall.

Relax lakeside in our 4 bedroom home and enjoy the beautiful waterfront views. Also feel free to park your boat at our dock with multiple marinas nearby to launch your boat. We also offer a paddle board and kayak for exercise and fun out on the water! Grill up a feast on the BBQ grill or cook in the fully loaded kitchen. This lakeside home away from home is also central to some of Lake Martin's best restaurants, like Lake Martin Pizza and Niffer's. Only 30 minutes to Auburn!

Located on the Montgomery Side, this amazing Lake House sits on a flat lot offers 450 feet of water front. It is very private. There are many outdoor areas like the gazebo, two docks, fire pit, and a floating dock. You'll love the coziness of the large fireplace and the open floor plan with high ceilings. You're 5 minutes from Children's Harbor and 10 minutes from Catherine's Market and The Springhouse. Make sure to make a reservation for Springhouse.
