It’s a quiet, peaceful retreat, backed up to the Elliot state forest. Only 15 minutes from the beach. There are elk roaming the property, and many different birds. You can hear barred owls at night. The Cottage Home was built in 1935. It is a two story home separated by a door/stairwell. The basement will NOT be utilized when guests have booked the upstairs. The upstairs is our home when not being enjoyed by guests, so the space reflects this. -Some things are new, others nicely warn, but everything will be clean & guaranteed to be peaceful. The property is situated a few feet from the coast fork of the Willamette River. Wildlife is plentiful and diverse.
