Chic, Cottage-Style House on Balboa Island

The house was renovated with all new appliances and decor, but the chic cottage feeling reminds you that you are on the charming Island of Balboa, Many of our repeat visitors are 3 generation families. the grandparents, children and grandchildren, who love their "trundle room". The sand and bay are just steps away. Bikes, SUPs, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, games, for both inside and out. We even have a baby pool to use on the patio for little ones. Also a port a crib and high chair if needed. There is a tenant in back who will share the W/D in the garage, but the rest of the property and equipment is yours. I usually meet the guests on arrival to show them around and of course to meet them. I live just a few miles away, so am available if they havr questions, The home is situated on Balboa Island, a little-known gem. Main Street, which is just 2 blocks away, has unique shops and several restaurants. The ferry to Newport Beach is just a short walk from the house. Kayak, bike, paddle board, or simply relax on the beach. Walking or biking are the easiest ways to navigate the Island! We have a garage for your use, and Fashion Island and Newport Beach are close by. Balboa is a lovely little community and some of our neighbors live there year round, so we ask our guests to respect that the houses are close by, and to bring their visiting inside at 10 on weekdays and 11 on the weekends.

Very Private Apt with yard located two blocks from downtown where all the restaurants and retail stores. Only five blocks down the hill to the pier and only blocks from a local grocery stores, and all restaurants downtown SC . The beaches are fantastic , the golf courses are located on either side of town there’s three to pick from! Plenty of other places to visit like Laguna Beach in Dana point , the coastline is like the south of France in this location with a touch of Spanish Ole Hanson !

This gorgeous downstairs unit is modern yet comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a great meal for your family. This is such a great location on 37th Street because it is close enough to the pier to walk or ride bikes to the pier as well as nearby restaurants, grocery and shopping. We provide just about everything you'd ever need for the beach (bikes, boards, sand toys). There is also a park across the street with a jungle gym and basketball court.
