Here you live with Granudden and the sea at your fingertips. A walk away you have the minigolf course, cafe pool area and restaurants. Here in the central part of Färjestaden you are also close to a grocery store, Systembolaget and several shops. This newly built Attefall house offers spacious bathroom and full kitchen. In the loft there is a double bed and downstairs a sofa bed. Perfect accommodation for 4-6 people. (extra mattress and cot are available on site). On the patio you have access to a barbecue and outdoor furniture.

Shower and toilet with own well and water heater. Note, there is no washing machine. The guest guest will bring their own linens and towels. Access to the hot bath (39 degrees) all year round with circulation for cleaning. A rowing boat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoke-free and pet-free! Attention, not for partying groups!

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Only 200 meters to the sea in the beautiful coastal village of Djupvik, about 25 km north of Borgholm. Here you can enjoy a relaxing existence in a leafy and secluded garden. There are two spacious bedrooms, a fresh bathroom, a cozy sleeping loft, a spacious living room/kitchen with open up in the nock and a lovely outdoor space. Large wooden deck with plenty of room to hang out, eat and sunbathe. There is also a cottage with two beds. Wi/fi available.

Very nice cottage with exclusive location in the Mönsterå archipelago, rented weekly or by agreement. The cottage is peacefully located with its own jetty, large nature plot with the sea as the closest neighbor. The house is 54 sqm + sleeping loft and is pleasant to stay in all year round. 1 room and kitchen/living room, 4+2 beds. Refrigerator, freezer dishwasher microwave, oven, wood-fired stove and TV. This in not an ordinary place to stay. You live just by the ocean in the middle of nature and bird life. Beautiful settings and surroundings. Secluded get away ideal for couples. The view is spectacular from this little house. It's renovated 2016 with a complete small kitchen with oven/micro oven, refrigerator, small freezer and induction cooker. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin. There are garden furnitures by the cottage. Free parking for car or caravan. Must be experienced!

You are close by to a number of beaches on the island and there are two campsites on Oknö and a restaurant. You have about 8 km into Mönsterås which has several different shops and restaurants and a water palace. A nice place to stay in the middle of the place Djupvik located along the coastal road between Äleklinta and Sandvik. Djupvik is located 20 km north of Borgholm and from the house it is about 600 meters to the beach, 7.5 km to the community Sandvik where the nearest grocery store is. The accommodation consists of a living room, one kitchen, one bathroom two bedrooms one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. There is also a small guesthouse on the property with two bunk beds..
