Very nice cottage with exclusive location in the Mönsterå archipelago, rented weekly or by agreement. The cottage is peacefully located with its own jetty, large nature plot with the sea as the closest neighbor. The house is 54 sqm + sleeping loft and is pleasant to stay in all year round. 1 room and kitchen/living room, 4+2 beds. Refrigerator, freezer dishwasher microwave, oven, wood-fired stove and TV. Fresh bathroom with washing machine/dryer. Possibility to rent less rowing boat, canoe and kayak.

Nice cottage in the middle of Öland

This accommodation is perfect for those who enjoy nature and tranquility, but who also want to be close to the grocery store and both the north and south of Öland. The house is located on a former farm on central Öland with Karum's nature reserve as a neighbor. Nice sandy beaches in bicycle distance. If you want to come here to work in peace, that's fine. We have good and reliable internet. If you have an electric car, it is possible to charge it with our own electricity for 4.5 SEK/kwh.

Lovely newly built house 1 of (3) on the area with open spaces. The residence offers a terrace facing the lake with barbecue possibilities and sun deck. There is a soap stove in the house that can be burned in. Guests have access to their own jetty and rowboat, Ryds 390 There is also a hot electric heated hot tub available with 39 degrees all year round (Note: No bubbles only cleaning) Guests will bring their own linens and towels as well as charcoal and sparkling to the grill.

Beachfront, cozy cottage in beautiful Bråbygden.

History: Our farm was built in the early 1900s by Caroline's old grandfather Erik. Our residential house was built in 1908, the following years the rest of the buildings. 1925 the cottage was used as a small farmhouse, while upstairs and the part where the kitchen is now was storeroom and grain storage. In the early 1980s it was converted into a dwelling, then by Caroline's grandfather Nils. Enjoy large garden, cozy cozy cottage only 80 meters from the beach edge.

Guest house with a quiet family in the countryside of Öland

The guest house is about 27m3 and has a sleeping loft that is 16 cm. I'm 170 cm long and you can see in the picture that I can stand straight up. The sofa is a sofa bed that is 180x75 But if needed we can set up an extra mattress 200x80 We finished building the house in the spring of 2021 and we're proud of the cool details we came up with. We simply love the house.
