The Tree Haus is 675 sq. ft., near Texas State University on five acres in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. River play and trail access in local area. It is 6 miles from downtown San Marcos and convenient to TSU (about 10 minutes to Bobcat Stadium). The Tree Haus is above my Studio, has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, coffee and tea service as well as a homemade breakfast bread for a fast start in the AM. We do not accept children under 8, non smoking, no pets, clean environment.

We are about 35 min to New Braunfels or SanAntonio and about 20 min to Canyon Lake and Blanco. We are close to the Guadalupe River, Guadalupe State Park, Natural Bridge Caverns, Schlitterbahn, Fiesta Texas and Fredericksburg is about 45 minutes away. Modern artistic stand- alone lodge, in a peaceful wooded setting. Secluded, quiet private grounds and parking. Guests have entire lodge. 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, great room w /work & sitting area, 8 min. San Marcos- 40min.-Austin, 30 min. Wimberley, 50 min. San Antonio. Perfect get away with friends and family, floating the river, or events at the university. Fantastic kitchen for those who love to cook. No children under 12. We love animals, but NO PETS please.
