The Tree Haus is 675 sq. ft., near Texas State University on five acres in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. River play and trail access in local area. It is 6 miles from downtown San Marcos and convenient to TSU (about 10 minutes to Bobcat Stadium). The Tree Haus is above my Studio, has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, coffee and tea service as well as a homemade breakfast bread for a fast start in the AM. We do not accept children under 8, non smoking, no pets, clean environment.

Great location - only 15 minutes from Dripping Springs, Wimberley, & Kyle. 40 min to DT Austin. Enjoy our private & clean apartment with many amenities: fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, super comfy bed, shower with great pressure, strong internet, 100's of movies, board & yard games, and access to the back yard with pool, (which is only for us and our guests) & bathroom. Welcome to Drippin West... Our spin on two of our favorite places in Texas - Dripping Springs and West Texas! Our cabin sits on the front acre of a 10 acre Hobby farm. We have goats, chickens, horse, and a few cows. While we keep the critters separate from the cabin they may come and visit the fence line. Feel free to give them an ear scratch! (but please do not open the gate) - NO DOGS/PETS
