Striking Cabin with a Hot Tub and Mountain Views

OVERVIEW: The cabin boasts 2 spacious bedrooms, each with a king size bed. Each room has it's own full bathroom, with a Jacuzzi tub in the upstairs bathroom. There is a sleeper sofa downstairs in the main living area. Both levels of the cabin have mountain facing porches which boast gorgeous views of Mt LeConte and the Smoky Mountains and that view can be enjoyed in the rocking chairs or the hot tub. There are fireplaces on both floors that add extra warmth and charm. There is a dining area just off the kitchen where you can share a great meal with friends or family. ENTERTAINMENT: Each bedroom and the main living room has it's own HD TV with cable TV and a DVD player. Upstairs there is a game room with a full size pool table, and arcade table and a mini air hockey table. The neighborhood has it's own pool and it is a short walk to a playground great for younger kids. There is free Wi-Fi so you can stay connected if you want. KITCHEN: The cabin has a full kitchen, with an oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender and dishwasher. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans and cooking utensils as well as plates, bowls, cups and silverware. Outside there is a charcoal grill. OTHER: The cabin also comes with a washer and dryer, all the linens needed for the 2 king beds and sleeper sofa, bath towels and hand towels for the bathrooms and more. You have access to the entire cabin. The cabin is for you during your stay. I will not be there when you are there. Of course if you need help with anything I can be available. The cabin is located minutes from Dollywood Theme Park in Pigeon Forge, as well as the quaint shops and eateries in Gatlinburg. Hiking and camping at Great Smoky Mountains National Park is a short drive away. The Great Smoky National Park is the most visited park in the National Park system and for good reason. The natural beauty that can be found in the park, across all 4 seasons is breathtaking. With over 800 miles of hiking trails, it should be easy to find a trail that meets your needs. And if you just want to drive through the park, the winding mountain roads and the Cades Cove loop offer beautiful scenery as well. If you have questions on activities or hikes within the park, don't be afraid to reach out and ask.

Bright, Beautiful Apartment in Excellent Uptown Location

Open the yellow front door and enter an apartment that fuses traditional architecture with a modern Parisian vibe. Wake up in a light-filled bedroom and step through the floor-to-ceiling window to the gorgeous wraparound balcony. This adorable one-bedroom apartment features a brand-new kitchen and bathroom with a modern Parisian vibe. Open the yellow front door and enter a living room/kitchen combination that's got everything you need to relax comfortably after a long day riding the streetcar, strolling through Audubon Park and eating poboys and crawfish at Frankie & Johnny's. (See our complete list of the best neighborhood restaurants for more info.) A beautiful wood staircase leads upstairs to a light-filled bedroom, bath and tucked-away workspace. The cheery bathroom has subway tiles on the wall and penny rounds on the floor. There's a floor-to-ceiling window that provides access to a wraparound balcony with views of the St. Charles Avenue streetcar and the lovely neighborhood. Two giant oak trees in front of the house provide a leafy green canopy for most of the year. You have your own completely private apartment and your own balcony. We have a separate front door that leads to our side of the house. We will be happy to answer questions and help out whenever we're around. The home is in a beautiful neighborhood with a streetcar stop nearby that gets to downtown in just 20 minutes. Spend the day walking through the Audubon Zoo and explore the historic and exciting French Quarter at night. The apartment is a half block from a St. Charles Avenue streetcar stop. There is ample street parking in front of the house. You can walk to Magazine Street, Freret Street (also lots of restaurants and bars) and Audubon Park. Vacation or business, we expect you treat our home as if it were your own. No smoking indoors. No pets. No late night caterwauling. You must also acknowledge: Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $200.

A side note: we have a family of wild turkeys that visit the property, as well as abundant wildlife. We also free range our 3 chickens and 3 dusks named Larry, Curley and Mo. This Victorian era apartment has great natural light, huge windows, antique furniture, high ceilings, great architectural detail. Queen size bed with Casper mattress in bedroom #1. Bedroom #2 doubles as living room, with queen size, memory foam sleeper sofa. Well appointed kitchen with gas cook top, microwave, french press, coffee maker, electric kettle, cookware, dishes, flatware. All linens and towels provided, as well as bath products. A balcony overlooking Race St, two doors from Magazine St, is a great place for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. Wonderfully walkable neighborhood. The home is in a wonderfully walkable neighborhood, two doors from MoJo Coffee House and one block from Coliseum Square Park. Public transportation available on Magazine St, St Charles Ave, a close walk. Uber, Lyft and taxi cabs also available. Guests will have to climb one flight of stairs to access the apartment.

Laundry room, free washer and dryer in laundry room off of carport. We are always available via text message , email or phone. The studio is located in a quiet neighborhood with great restaurants, shops and grocery stores within walking distance. It is just far enough to escape the noise of downtown and close enough to enjoy all Austin has to offer in a matter of minutes. One covered parking space and street parking.
