Apartment of about 35 sqm with sleeping loft. Floor bed on the bottom and 140cm double bed on sleeping loft. The price includes linens and towels. Kitchen with stove,oven,microwave,dishwasher, fridge and freezer. DURING THE WINTER SEASON AGE LIMIT AT least 25 YEARS (or in the company of the guardian) Private entrance and patio. Very central in the middle of the village, walking distance to everything. Suitable for two adults and two children or up to THREE ADULTS. The apartment is part of a private house with residents and therefore silence after 22:00 is a requirement. No parties!!

Amazing mountain experience in Ottsjö in Åre

In this fantastic little mountain village of Ottsjö, our newly built house is located in a high location overlooking the mountain world in Åre. The house is 76 sqm large with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house you will feel like you're outdoors even when you're sitting inside by the fireplace with a cup of tea. Right behind the house there are several prepared cross-country tracks, scooter tracks, hiking trails and proximity to nice fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

Super functional newly renovated skier/MTB apartment in central Åre village. To get out in Åre's lift system, you only take the elevator three floors up, walk over a short walkway, and then you arrive at Tottliften. For MTB you can reach Sjärnbacken in a minute. Åre Torg is about five minutes walk, where all of Åre's restaurants, bars and nightclubs and grocery stores are located. Brilliant views of Åresjön and the mountains around. Renovated in the winter of 2022, and has a complete kitchen, large TV, workspace and new sofa bed.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally located home. A stone's throw from Åre village with its selection of restaurants and stores. Walking distance to ICA, Coop, Systembolaget, Holiday Club, Jump Yard, Åre beach, Skidbussen, Train station etc. In the summer it is about 100 meters to the beach with barbecue area and skateboard park. Approximately 800-900 meters to Åre roller coaster that takes you to the ski system. Otherwise 300-400 meters walk across the bridge to the ski bus stop plastic.

In the station house there is ICA Supermarket which is open 07-22 in high season. 100 meters below the apartment there is the ski bus. Parking is included, subject to space.
