The apartment has a high standard is located on the ground floor and a large terrace overlooking the forest down to Åresjön. With a fantastic location in Åre Saddle with ski in/ski out to Åre's entire ski system. Here you are also within walking distance of the cross-country trails as well as Björnens center with services such as restaurants, shops and ski rental. Walking distance to Åre Ridklubb/Ridhus where it is possible to ride in a fantastic environment.

Perfect mountain lake in Åre Björnen

Central modern 4a in Åre Björnen, Bear Lodge, with ski-in/ski-out and close to grocery store (ICA ToGo), restaurant and Skistar rental. Lovely views towards the mountains and Åresjön. Balcony, sauna, underfloor heating and a fast wifi (500 Mbit/s). Parking space with engine heater and elladage (5 kr/kwh). Perfect location for the family and the active. Via the lift system you reach Åre village and cross country/bike trails. Right outside the door you also reach wonderful trails for hiking, berry picking, fishing and trail running.

Apartment at Åre Torg with walking distance to lifts.

Apartment with 6 beds in the middle of Åre village. You live within walking distance to Bergbanan, Stjärnliften & VM6 that brings you to the system. Entire Åre's selection of restaurants and nice shops directly around the corner. It takes one minute to walk to Åre Torg and two minutes to Åre station. In the station house there is ICA Supermarket which is open 07-22 in high season. 100 meters below the apartment there is the ski bus. Parking is included, subject to space. Note: v 7- 15 we rent out for only for full weeks.

Nice apartment in central Åre village for 6 people

Super nice apartment 65 sqm in the middle of the village! High up in the house with a view and balcony towards Åresjön. 250 m to lift, 150 m to train and 300 m to the center with restaurants and shops. Here you live perfectly in Åre all seasons whether you are going skiing, biking or hiking and enjoying the nature around Åre. Nice hiking opportunities in Åre's proximity. The variety of amusements is endless with several good restaurants, shopping and adventure swimming and SPA for kids and adults.

Åre/Tegefjäll on the piste Ideal for 1-2 families

Åre (Tegefjäll near Duved). Quiet, modern and family friendly accommodation close to nature and adventures both summer and winter. In summer you can hike directly from house. Nice berry fields are close by. The ski slope is just 50 m away. Duveds and Tegefjäll's lift system is built together. Many people think it's the area's best skiing, but you can also take the skis down to the free ski bus to Åre, where the lift passes also apply. With hiking skis, you get directly out on the mountain expanses.

Cozy apartment right in the city center & close to everything!

Note! We weeks 2-5 we only rent out to families or parties 35+. Fresh apartment in the middle of central Åre with a lovely balcony facing south. 200 meters to Åre Torg and 100 meters to the train station. The minimum age to rent is 25 years old. Of course, children are welcome in the company of parents! Rented to maximum 6 adults. Works for 7 people if some are children. Rented Sun-Sun, Sun-Thurs or Thu-Sun. Featured weeks only Sun-Sun. Christmas week we rent out ons-ons.

True Ski in Ski out Åre Sadeln

Welcome to our much loved slopeside apartment in Åre Sadel. We want you to share the same joy we experience stepping out of the door onto your skis and into the mountains. Ski literally back to the door and spend a cosy evening in front of the fire. Wake every morning to a wonderful view of the lake, trees and mountains. There’s not much more to say, other than we will do our best to make sure you love your stay with us. 6 adults + 2 children. Car required.
