The apartment with very high standards and beautiful views of Åresjön, Åre and Renfjället. The apartment has 4 beds of which 2 in the sofa bed in the living room and 2 in the separate bedroom. Kitchen and dining area is integrated into living room with glazed balcony. The apartment is incredibly fresh and luxurious. The large panoramic windows facing Åresjön, Åre and Renfjället on the other side really give the feeling of being in the middle of Swedish beautiful mountain world. The lavish choice of materials and decor and give a sense of luxury.

Paradise at Kallsjöen

The rice pits in Åre municipality is a paradise both in summer and winter. Bright and nice summer evenings around the fireplace, snowmobile and winter activities in winter. Kallsjön is just outside the living room window, with the possibility of fishing. Hunting terrain in the hills and mountains around. Stunning views out to the sea and Åreskutan. 12 km to Järpen city centre. Possibility of cross country skiing in a light slope, swimming pool and Curlinghall. 19 km to Huså, 30 km to Åre/Bjørnen, which is known for its downhill slopes.

Cottage Åre strand

Your family will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally located home. A stone's throw from Åre village with its selection of restaurants and stores. Walking distance to ICA, Coop, Systembolaget, Holiday Club, Jump Yard, Åre beach, Skidbussen, Train station etc. In the summer it is about 100 meters to the beach with barbecue area and skateboard park. Approximately 800-900 meters to Åre roller coaster that takes you to the ski system. Otherwise 300-400 meters walk across the bridge to the ski bus stop plastic.

Newly-built cottage by the foot of the mountain with Ski-In

Maxa ski holiday in our cozy cottage, right next to Duved's lovely ski system. This is where you avoid the crowds inside Åre! A short walk will take you to the ski slopes where you come up by the children's hill + the lift to Tegefjäll's ski area. When you go home from the hill, ski all the way – Ski-In. If you want to go in Åre/Björnen, there is a bus stop for a ski bus 1 minute away. After a day on the mountain, you can enjoy a wood-fired sauna and have a refreshing swim (if you dare!) in the mountain stream just outside.

Note! We weeks 2-5 we only rent out to families or parties 35+. Fresh apartment in the middle of central Åre with a lovely balcony facing south. 200 meters to Åre Torg and 100 meters to the train station. The minimum age to rent is 25 years old. Of course, children are welcome in the company of parents! Rented to maximum 6 adults. Works for 7 people if some are children. Rented Sun-Sun, Sun-Thurs or Thu-Sun. Featured weeks only Sun-Sun.
