The cabin is tucked into a pocket of nature surrounded by 3 acres of oaks, elms, and junipers. The expansive front windows and raised deck provide and incredible sunset view across the hills and dark sky lighting sets the stage for breathtaking starry skies. The Tree Haus is 675 sq. ft., near Texas State University on five acres in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. River play and trail access in local area. It is 6 miles from downtown San Marcos and convenient to TSU (about 10 minutes to Bobcat Stadium). The Tree Haus is above my Studio, has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, coffee and tea service as well as a homemade breakfast bread for a fast start in the AM. We do not accept children under 8, non smoking, no pets, clean environment.

Great location - only 15 minutes from Dripping Springs, Wimberley, & Kyle. 40 min to DT Austin. Enjoy our private & clean apartment with many amenities: fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, super comfy bed, shower with great pressure, strong internet, 100's of movies, board & yard games, and access to the back yard with pool, (which is only for us and our guests) & bathroom. You also might see deer, fox, & more. Nonsmoking. Entrance has door code. Have to climb one flight of stairs.

Pound Town cabin is nestled in the heart of wine, brewery, distillery, and wedding country! Get your heads out of the gutter, Pound Town is named after one of Dripping Springs 1st residents, Dr. Pound!!!! Our cabin sits on the front acre of a 10 acre Hobby farm. We have goats, chickens, horse, and a few cows. While we keep the critters separate from the cabin they may come and visit the fence line. Feel free to give them an ear scratch! Simple Gifts

Simple Gifts is just that - a cozy, happy, modest home on one of the few original residential streets left over in the very center of Wimberley. It's no ritzy investment property and I LIVE in the house between "rents" (so please expect that), BUT it's lovely and I take a lot of pride in it. We are walking distance to ALL the central stuff, it's safe, cozy, clean, full of bright light, and can fit your whole family (if you want to pay for the extra guests).
