The apartment is part of the eclectic East Austin scene in the popular Holly Street neighborhood. It's minutes from downtown clubs and restaurants, and a short walk to the Austin Hike and Bike trail system that runs through the center of the city. Plenty of room for parking, but close to all bus stops, bike rentals and ride sharing. We have created a space that is very comfortable and accommodating. The Tree Haus

The Tree Haus is 675 sq. ft., near Texas State University on five acres in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. River play and trail access in local area. It is 6 miles from downtown San Marcos and convenient to TSU (about 10 minutes to Bobcat Stadium). The Tree Haus is above my Studio, has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, coffee and tea service as well as a homemade breakfast bread for a fast start in the AM. We do not accept children under 8, non smoking, no pets, clean environment.

Great location - only 15 minutes from Dripping Springs, Wimberley, & Kyle. 40 min to DT Austin. Enjoy our private & clean apartment with many amenities: fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, super comfy bed, shower with great pressure, strong internet, 100's of movies, board & yard games, and access to the back yard with pool, (which is only for us and our guests) & bathroom. Has steps to access the upstairs and is located on the back side of the house, so if steps are an issue for you please do not book this property.
